BSA7 SMS/MMS Mobile message program privacy policy

This Privacy Policy explains how BSA7  (“we”, “us”, or “our”) gathers, uses, stores, protects, and shares information collected through your participation in the SMS/MMS Mobile Message Program (the “Program”)

1. Data collection and usage

  • Information Collected: When you join the Program, personal information, including your mobile phone number, is collected.
  • Purpose of Collection: This information is collected to send updates, and other relevant information about products and services through the Program.
  • Data Usage: Your mobile phone number and related information are used only for messaging purposes, as described in this Privacy Policy.

  • Obtaining Consent: By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and explicitly opting in to SMS, you agree to receive recurring text messages.
  • Opt-in Mechanism: You can opt in by texting a keyword “JOIN”.

  • No Sharing for Marketing: Phone numbers or customer information collected through the Program are not sold, rented, loaned, traded, leased, or otherwise transferred for profit to any third party.
  • Operational Sharing: Information may be shared with third-party service providers who assist in sending text messages through the Program, but only to enable and operate the text messaging program.

 

4. Data security 

  • Security Measures: Industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure storage solutions, are used to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

 

5. Data retention and deletion

  • Data Retention:  Contact data is retained for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy.
  • Deletion: Personal information is securely deleted or anonymized upon request or after a specified period following your opt-out, unless required by law

  • Opt-Out Instructions: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP”, “CANCEL”, or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to any message you receive.
